Booking terms
These are the terms for booking an appointment with Kalinka through this website.
Who you are booking with
Your appointment is with Kalinka. This website is provided by Rantevo, which Kalinka uses to take bookings. Rantevo is not a party to your appointment and does not take payment for it.
Making a booking
A booking is a request until Kalinka accepts it. You'll get an email when it is placed and another when it is confirmed — the time is not held for you until then.
You can book up to 12 days ahead.
The earliest you can book is 720 minutes from now.
Changing or cancelling
You can cancel online up to 24 hours before the appointment starts.
You can move it to another time online up to 24 hours before it starts.
After that, contact Kalinka directly. They can still change or cancel it for you.
If you do not turn up, Kalinka may record the appointment as missed.
Kalinka may cancel or move an appointment — for example if they have to close unexpectedly. They will tell you by email if that happens.
Prices and paying
The prices shown are what Kalinka charges for each service. When you book, you can pay the full price online, or pay Kalinka in person.
What you pay online goes straight to Kalinka, through Stripe, and the booking page shows the amount before you pay. Rantevo does not take any of it.
If you cancel online up to 24 hours before the appointment starts, or Kalinka cancels it, everything you paid online is refunded to the card or account you paid with.
If you cancel after that, or do not turn up, Kalinka may keep what you paid online.

The words, prices and images on this site belong to Kalinka. Do not copy them, collect them automatically, or use them elsewhere without asking.
The site is provided as it is. Kalinka and Rantevo try to keep it working and accurate, but neither promises it will always be available or free of mistakes.
